2) What data we process

  • a) data provided in the contact form or correspondence (e.g. name, e‑mail, message content),
  • b) data necessary to perform a contract/order (if we start cooperation),
  • c) technical and statistical data related to website use (cookies; see point 8).

3) Purposes and legal bases of processing

  • a) contacting you and replying to your enquiry – Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) and/or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest: handling correspondence and enquiries).
  • b) performance of a contract / order – Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
  • c) accounting, invoicing and legal obligations – Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
  • d) establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims – Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
  • e) website analytics (Google Analytics) – Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) – used only after you consent to analytics cookies.

4) Data recipients

Data may be disclosed to processors acting on our behalf, in particular:

  • a) hosting and IT infrastructure providers,
  • b) e‑mail/communication providers,
  • c) IT support/maintenance providers,
  • d) accounting/settlement providers (if applicable),
  • e) Google (for analytics – if you consent to analytics cookies).

Data may also be made available to authorities lawfully entitled to obtain them.

5) Transfers outside the EEA

When using technologies provided by third parties (e.g. Google), data may be processed outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers take place under mechanisms compliant with the GDPR (e.g. adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses), depending on the parties’ roles and the service configuration.

6) Retention periods

  • a) correspondence and enquiries – for the duration of correspondence and then for the period required by law (unless the matter results in a contract or claim),
  • b) contracts and settlements – for the period required by law (e.g. tax/accounting),
  • c) claims – for the period required by law,
  • d) analytics data – according to Google Analytics retention settings and your consent (see point 8).

7) Your rights

You have the right to: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, to object (where the basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and to withdraw consent (where processing is based on consent).

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO) in Poland.

8) Cookies and analytics (Google Analytics)

8.1 Categories of cookies

  • a) necessary – required for the proper functioning and security of the website – these cannot be disabled via the banner,
  • b) analytics – help us understand how users interact with the site (e.g. which pages are visited, what is clicked), so we can improve the offer and portfolio – enabled only after your consent.

8.2 Consent and changing settings

On first visit we ask you to choose: accept, reject or adjust settings. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the “Cookie settings” link/button available on the site (e.g. in the footer or as a “Cookies” button).

8.3 How to disable cookies in your browser

Regardless of on‑site settings, you can manage cookies in your browser (block/delete). Limiting cookies may affect the operation of certain website features.

9) Automated decision‑making

We do not make decisions producing legal effects solely by automated means (including profiling in this sense).

10) Source of data

You provide data directly (form, e‑mail, phone). In case of contact initiated by us, data may also come from publicly available sources (e.g. your company website, registers).
